Welcome to Eatery Hub! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EateryHub.org website and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Eatery Hub ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Eatery Hub provides a suite of AI-powered tools for restaurant management, including menu engineering, inventory control, order management, and analytics. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all data you input into the Service, including menu items, recipes, and inventory data ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your specific User Content to any third party for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission by us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
